An investigation into a fire which destroyed a house in Devonport on Thursday evening is continuing.
Emergency services, including firefighters from Devonport and Latrobe were called to the Brooke Street residence just after 6 pm on Thursday evening.
Despite their best efforts, the house was destroyed.

While a cause hasn’t been found at this stage, police say the circumstances are suspicious.
Police are asking anyone with information on the blaze to contact them on 131 444, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000, or on-line at crimestopperstas.com.au
