The program is suitable for anyone with long term pain who is ready to make some changes.

There are 14 places available in this program.

We cover: fatigue and sleep; dealing with difficult emotions; physical activity; healthy eating; communication skills; pacing and planning; using your mind…and much more!

Two research studies found that on average, people who have taken this program have: more vitality, less pain, less dependence on others, improved mental health, and are more involved in everyday activities.
