Camille's restaurant menu is written and prepared by Executive Chef Fabien Lefrancois who, having cooked and trained across both Europe and Australia, now resides here in Tasmania's north.

All produce is sourced through local Tasmanian suppliers and businesses, highlighted by the world-class beef from Cape Grim in the state's north west.
